Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable responsible or deemed to be in default hereunder if any failure or delay in performing its obligation. If such failure or delay is occasioned by an act beyond its control or responsibility including and not limited to natural disaster, COVID 19, Government imposed restriction, travel restrictions or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers. In such cases the Organizers shall refund 80% of the total Sponsorship & Exhibition fees. 20% administration charges will be retained considering the ongoing promotion activities. Incase of postponement of the event, this sponsorship amount shall be carried forward to forthcoming event and no addition charges will be imposed on the Sponsors & Exhibition fees.
